Key Responsibilities:
1.Accounting & Tax
- Maintain full set of accounts, including AR/AP, invoicing, and payments
- Perform month-end closing and reconciliations
- Prepare and support VAT, CIT, and statutory tax filings
- Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and tax agents
2.HR Operations & Compliance
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation
- Ensure timely submission of payroll, including PIT and statutory contributions filings (social, health, unemployment, trade union)
- Maintain proper accounting and HR records in line with local regulations
3.Administration
- Ensure full documentation and filing of corporate documents (contracts, invoices, bank records, etc.)
- Coordinate signatories and support banking, secretarial, and vendor matters
- Assist with office administration (current co working space) ,and supporting future office setup and operations
- Others - Support process improvements and ad-hoc tasks as required
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Business Administration or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Vietnamese accounting and compliance
- Working knowledge of VAT, PIT, and statutory requirements
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets; Xero accounting software experience is a plus
- Good command of English
