Job Description

Our client is a top-notch real estate company that is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage a group of companies along with their everyday accounting tasks.
Help improve accounting policies, systems, and procedures on an ongoing basis.
Take charge of preparing and sharing all financial reports with the Board of Management.
Handle tax reviews and ensure reporting complies with local laws.
Forecast company cash flow and profit/loss, keeping a close eye on the financial health.
Play a key role in different projects like ECM, corporate finance, and automation initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or a similar field.
Strong English skills, both written and spoken.
Over 10 years relevant experience.
Experience in the real estate sector is a must.
Must have background with mergers and acquisitions and deal structuring.
Experience with raising capital through bonds or equity is a plus.
Detail-oriented and hands-on, with good project management skills.
Familiar with government rules and regulations that apply.
Can clearly explain complicated topics.
Good at handling pressure, meeting tight deadlines, and juggling multiple responsibilities.
