The Role
Lead the APAC accounting function across Vietnam, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Thailand — covering financial reporting, tax compliance, and a high-performing team. Based in Vietnam, reporting into regional leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Full ownership of the accounting cycle across four APAC entities (GL, month-end close, consolidation, balance sheet reconciliations)
- Ensure VAS and IFRS compliance; manage statutory audits and tax submissions (CIT, VAT, FCT, PIT)
- Oversee treasury, fixed assets, and regional payroll
- Lead, mentor, and develop the local accounting team
- Partner with regional business leaders on reporting, budgeting, and internal controls
What You Need
- Chief Accountant Certificate — mandatory
- 8–10 years in accounting, with 3+ years in a managerial role
- Strong VAS and Vietnamese tax knowledge
- Multi-entity or regional APAC experience
- SAP or equivalent ERP proficiency
- Business-level English
- ACCA/CPA is a plus
