Senior Accountant - Property / Client Funds

Salary: VND 35,000,000 gross per month

More Than Strata is a growing Australian property management business, and we are looking for a strong Senior Accountant to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City.

This is not a basic data-entry accounting role. We need someone who is technically strong, highly accurate, and confident handling reconciliations, journals, work papers, billing cycles, client fund accounting, and audit support across a portfolio of managed properties.

You will play an important role in keeping accounts accurate, organised, and under control. You will work across billing, reconciliations, ledger management, queries, account setup, and monthly accounting support, while helping us build better systems and processes as we grow.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recurring property/client account billings and notices
• Perform bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations
• Maintain owner, supplier, and client account records
• Prepare journals, adjustments, and supporting work papers
• Support audit and tax preparation processes
• Resolve accounting queries and discrepancies
• Assist with onboarding new accounts and opening balances
• Help improve accounting accuracy, controls, and processes

Ideal candidate

• 47 years of accounting experience

Background from a Big 4 or reputable mid-market accounting firm preferred

• Experience in property management, real estate, client funds, escrow, or similar accounting environments preferred
• Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills
• Good English communication
• Careful, organised, and able to work independently
