Senior Accountant - Korean Speaking

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Finance & Accounting operations, budgeting, financial reporting and cash flow.
• Oversee VAT, CIT, PIT, payment processes, cost control and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, banks and government agencies.
• Ensure compliance with Vietnamese accounting, tax and relevant legal regulations.
• Oversee Finance, Accounting, HR & Administration functions.
• Prepare and present financial / operational reports to Seoul HQ.
• Support the Managing Director in business and operational matters.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Finance, Accounting, Finance & Administration or related roles.
• Experience in an FDI / multinational company is preferred.
• Background in Energy, Environment, Construction, EPC/Contracting is a strong plus.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese accounting & tax regulations.
• Mandatory: Chief Accountant Certificate / CPA / ACCA / CMA or equivalent.
• Strong Korean communication & cross-cultural skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP/ERP experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
