Job description
- Perform the GL section, monitor the book, and the financial report.
- Support and oversee other functions, AP/AR/FA/GL.
- Reconciling account balance.
- Prepare the month-end closing and the year-end closing.
- Ensure compliance with the Group's requirements.
- Analysis of financial status by collecting, monitoring, and studying data, and recommending actions.
- Identify financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with the forecast and the budget.
- Provide technical support and advice on management accounting.
- Support the Finance Manager in establishing and enforcing financial and accounting policies and procedures, recommending actions.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Reporting Manager
- Other tasks are assigned by the Company from time to time.
Job Requirement:
- Finance/ Accounting degree or a professional accounting qualification (CPA/ACCA).
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience, e-commerce experience is preferable.
- Strong experience in Accounts Payable and payment SOPs.
- Proactive and adaptable in a fast-growing environment.
- English proficiency
