Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Accountant/General Accountant located in Bến Lức, Long An. The key responsibilities include managing and preparing financial reports, handling day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, reconciling accounts, and assisting in audits. The role also involves providing financial analysis, monitoring budgets, and collaborating with the finance team to improve processes and reporting standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in financial reporting, budget management, and cash flow analysis
• Expertise in accounting operations such as journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and account reconciliation
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax compliance, and auditing processes
• Effective use of accounting software (ERP) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
• 5+ years of experience in accounting or financial management roles preferred
• Proficiency in English is desirable
