Senior Accountant

We're Hiring: Senior Accountant in Vietnam

Join us to build and run the finance operations of our Vietnam office in Ho Chi Mihn City. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a finance professional who thrives in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

Matrix Reporting Line: GM – Vietnam and Financial Controller – APAC

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full set of accounts (GL, AP/AR, accruals, journals), deliver monthly & quarterly statements and management pack, reconcile to group reporting.
• Drive statutory compliance requirements, oversee payroll compliance, coordinate accounting and taxation related matters with outsourced providers and external advisors.
• Lead vendor onboarding and payment runs, maintain audit-ready documentation and CLM routing before contract execution.
• Handling banking and treasury (cash forecasts, funding requests, e-banking and approval matrix, liquidity monitory).
• Strengthen internal controls and systems, collaborate with Operations and regional finance for decision-ready insights.
• Perform ad hoc responsibilities or projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 4–5+ years of hands-on accounting experience in Vietnam.
• Solid knowledge of Vietnam tax and statutory requirements; experience managing PIT and social insurance compliance.
• Experience with vendor management and bank/treasury operations.
• Bilingual proficiency in Vietnamese and English.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Office; familiarity with accounting systems (Oracle/SAP or similar) is an advantage.
