Senior Accountant (Fluent English)

Job description:

• Daily check and input data in accounting system;
• Prepare monthly financial statements and other internal reports as company requirement;
• Prepare the tax returns (including monthly, quarterly and year end finalization);
• Monitor and manage cash flow of the company;
• Monitor account receivables/ account payable; collect overdues and prepare timely payments;
• Collect revenue, cost of sales and expenses information from various sources and prepare summarized reports;
• Coordinate with other departments to provide the documents and information as the accounting department requires;
• Review the tasks of the under positions;
• Other duties assigned by Line Manager.

Job requirement:

• A Bachelor degree in Accounting/ Finance
• At least 3 year of experiences as an Accountant
• Strong technical knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting and Tax regulations. Knowledge of International Accounting and Tax is preferred.
• Proficient use of Accounting software (Experience of 3T or Fast Accounting software is preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Google workspace)
• Strong English skills
• Proactive, hardworking and responsible
• Being flexible and able to work independently but good in team play;

Working time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) from Monday to Friday
