Location: At Client's Office - District 1, Ho Chi Minh City

Working Time: Monday – Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Reporting To: CFO

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Seinor Accountant to manage local statutory compliance, tax reporting, and financial close processes. The role also includes supporting day-to-day accounting operations and working closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

This position requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure full compliance with local accounting standards and tax regulations
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes accurately and on time
• Prepare and submit statutory financial reports and tax filings (VAT, CIT, WHT, etc.)
• Oversee daily accounting operations, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and accruals
• Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities during audits and inspections
• Stay updated on changes in local accounting and tax laws, ensuring timely implementation
• Collaborate with finance and cross-functional teams on financial matters and reporting
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support implementation

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred
• 4-7 years of relevant accounting experience, ideally in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of local GAAP, tax laws, and financial reporting standards
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• High attention to detail, proactive mindset, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in a client-facing or high-standard environment is an advantage
• Big4 experience is an advantage
