Currently, we are currently looking for a SeniorAccountant (Accounting Review). The job descriptions and requirements are detailed below:
Job Description:
- Review accounting entries, general ledger, and supporting schedules prepared by accounting teams.
- Perform balance sheet and bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
- Review monthly management reports and financial statements before finalization.
- Ensure accounting records comply with accounting standards and internal policies.
- Identify issues or inconsistencies in accounting treatments and propose appropriate corrections.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities and ensure reporting timelines are met.
- Coordinate with accounting teams to resolve accounting or reconciliation issues.
- Handle assigned accounting tasks and maintain accounting records when required.
- Assist in improving accounting processes and internal controls.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- 45 years of accounting experience, preferably in accounting services, outsourcing, or audit firms.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations, and general ledger accounting.
- Experience in auditing or reviewing accounting work is an advantage.
- Advanced skills in Excel/Word and strong ability in processing, transforming, and analyzing accounting data is a strong plus.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with multiple clients and meet tight deadlines.
- Good in English is preferable.
