The Senior Accountant will deliver high-quality accounting, tax, and payroll services to international clients. The role requires strong technical expertise, client-facing capability, and hands-on experience in BPO or professional services environments.

In Vietnam, the firm provides accounting, tax, and business process outsourcing (BPO) services to multinational corporations across various industries, operating in a fast-growing and multicultural environment.
Description
- Prepare and review financial statements in line with VAS/IFRS
- Handle statutory tax filings including VAT, CIT, PIT, FCT, and related matters
- Prepare and review payroll, social insurance, and personal income tax
- Ensure compliance with Vietnamese accounting and tax regulations
- Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, banks, and other third parties
- Advise clients on accounting, tax compliance, and operational efficiency
- Identify accounting and tax risks and propose practical solutions
- Maintain strong client relationships and manage day-to-day communications
Profile
- Must have
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines
- APC - Accounting Practice Certificate
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, tax, or BPO/professional firms
- Strong knowledge of Vietnamese accounting and tax regulations
- Experience with accounting software (e.g. MISA, FAST, SAP, Oracle, Xero)
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English (written and spoken)
- High integrity, professionalism, and ability to work under pressure

- Exposure to cross-border or regional accounting engagements
