Senior Accountant (1 Year Contract)

This position will be responsible for the full spectrum of Accounts Payable function in the Finance department.

Job Responsibilities

- Responsible for reviewing and involved in the full spectrum of the accounts payable (AP) functions for portfolio of properties.

- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements including statistical reports to government agencies.

- Prepare variance analysis and be involved in annual budgeting and forecasting.

- Liaise with auditors and tax agents for year-end audits and tax filing/compliance.

- Assist in ad-hoc operational projects, including conducting credit review for selection of vendors, testing of SAP system etc., as and when required.

Job requirements

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with Degree in Accountancy or ACCA or its equivalent.

- Minimum of 5 years relevant accounting experiences, preferably in AP.

- Good knowledge of FRS and Companies Act.

- Proficient in MS Excel.

- Experience with SAP system and/or real estate knowledge would be advantageous.

- Mature, responsible, meticulous, good team player and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
