We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to take responsibly of a team, and to drive collaborative partnership with a portfolio of clients, offering compelling levels of insights and ensuring the long-term revenue growth for Worldpanel by Numerator Vietnam.

This role offers both challenge and excitement, with huge opportunities to take ownership in shaping the direction of your clients. It provides a great mix between people and team leadership, analysis and overseeing your team's commercial success.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Client Partnership

Add value to client relationships. Working with Business Unit Director to develop and implement account plan and leading client interaction. Manage/monitor client satisfaction to ensure our service is continually evolving in response to improvements and changing client needs.

Lead high profile and major projects making sure that key outcomes are achieved, appropriate resources are available, and that the client is always kept up to date.

Take on a consultative approach in understanding clients overall objectives through dialogues with key client partners about their ongoing challenges.

Commercial Growth

Prepare proposals to address client's challenges, follow up and close these proposals in order to achieve revenue targets. Revenue planning will be a core element in ensuring you meet and exceed the ambitious targets we are striving for.

Insights Generation

Producing and presenting high quality insight. Delivering impactful presentations to senior audiences.

Demonstrating personal credibility while drawing from all Worldpanel portfolios.

Team Leadership

Mentor and coach line reports and other team members, share knowledge and encourage a sharing and learning environment.

Help individuals in the team understand how they are each contributing to the achievement of the Worldpanel vision and strategy.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

  • The candidate possesses 6+ years of relevant (client/agency) experience in Market Research.
  • A commercial & curious mentality that wants to answer clients big questions and unafraid to have a point of view.
  • A strong research practitioner with substantial experience in analyzing data to provide recommendations and insight.
  • Experience leading a team and projects to achieve and to grow account revenue in a commercial environment.
  • A desire to support individuals development and wellbeing with the ability to manage team workloads, and anticipate client demands.
  • Sound knowledge of the local business landscape.
  • Strong communication skills are important as the role requires the candidate to be a presenter, influencer, and coach.
  • Able to cope well with time pressure and make decisions under complex and fast paced circumstances.
