Senior Account Manager will be responsible for driving student enrolment growth with a primary focus on the UK market across their portfolio of Channel Partners representing Adventus Partner Universities & Institutions.

This role involves building strong, strategic relationships with Key Channel Partners, contributing to their UK-focused sales strategy, and ensuring high-quality service delivery and experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a regional sales plan with a strong focus on UK in collaboration with the Regional Manager

• Identify and expand UK-focused Channel Partner growth opportunities, while assessing associated risks

• Drive achievement of student enrolment targets

• Act as the primary point of contact for Channel Partners for all kinds of enquiries, ensuring timely and effective responses to maximize conversions

• Represent Adventus Partner Universities & Institutions at recruitment events

• Lead Channel Partner facing activities and oversee all student recruitment activities in the region

• Manage Channel Partner network with a focus on depth of relationship, ensuring adherence to SLAs and improved Channel Partner satisfaction

• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to enhance strategic positioning

• Identify, recommend & on-board new Channel Partners and new recruitment opportunities

• Provide regular business performance reports with insights on pipeline, conversions, and market trends

• Act as the country representative for Adventus in Hanoi region, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations

Experience Required:

• More than 5 years of experience in sales ideally with exposure to an agency/indirect distribution model in recruitment of International Students.

• Proven track record in delivering results through indirect sales/channel partner networks, particularly for UK destinations.

• Experience nurturing customer relationships and working proactively to recognize customers business requirements.

• Knowledge and understanding of the international student marketplace and the challenges within this industry.
