JOB DESCRIPTION
Client & Strategic Planning
- Collaborate closely with clients to fully understand project briefs, objectives, and expectations.
- Conduct in-depth research and actively contribute to team brainstorming sessions.
- Translate insights into compelling and strategic creative ideas.
- Develop and deliver professional, well-structured proposals and present them confidently to clients.
Project Management
- Prepare detailed quotations, work schedules, and cost reports (pre-, post-, and final).
- Create task lists, manage timelines, and allocate resources effectively.
- Coordinate across internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth, on-time execution.
- Monitor project performance, resolve issues proactively, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Provide project updates and flag risks to supervisors in a timely manner.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with the Business Development team to receive briefs and align on client goals.
- Liaise with production vendors and manage supplier coordination.
- Collaborate with content, creative, digital, media, and planning teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Review final deliverables, ensure quality control, and recommend improvements as needed.
Client & Business Development
- Support leadership (AM, CEO, COO, department heads) in approaching new clients and pitching company services.
- Work with the team to craft innovative strategic directions tailored to each client.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships with professionalism and reliability.
- Act as a trusted advisor by providing relevant, actionable marketing solutions based on client needs.
- Team Support & People Development
- Assist the Account Manager in coaching and mentoring junior team members, including interns and new hires.
- Contribute to creating a collaborative, supportive, and performance-oriented team environment.
REQUIREMENTS
Background:
- University graduate (preferably in marketing, communications, or related fields).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position at an agency or company specializing in digital/performance/E-commerce.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Google Ads) and e-commerce (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada).
Soft skills:
- Good time management, planning, and organizational skills.
- Orientation to be a positive and strong leader.
- Excellent troubleshooting and solution-finding skills in terms of projects.
- Aesthetic, adaptable, tenacious, systematic, innovative and insightful.
Competency skills:
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamic requirements.
- Have advanced knowledge of branding, marketing & technical trends.
- Good written skills, particularly in proposals and presentations.
- Proven track record of delivery on projects in terms of time, budget, and other client KPIs.
- Passionate and driven in everything you do, and filtering that approach through the teams and the organization as a whole
