Manage day-to-day client communications, maintain strong relationships, and ensure client satisfaction and trust.
Oversee project quality, timelines, and deliverables, while ensuring internal team alignment and workflow efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement 360° integrated communication plans.
Handle paperwork, manage vendors, and monitor project expenses within approved budgets.
Regularly report on campaign performance and business results, providing insights and recommendations to drive success.

A good account management skill that is built on a keen understanding of marketing, brand-building, and disciplines of Advertising, PR, Events, and Digital. Advertising/TVC/Social/Production experiences are preferred.
