Job Description

Overview

Senior Account Executive will be responsible for implementing programs and strategies for external audiences related to Clients business. The core focus of the Senior Account Executive will be to deliver IMC/Social tasks by working with internal team and acting as Client contact for execution.

Responsibilites

  • Serve as a key liaison between client and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and project alignment
  • Support the Account Manager in day-to-day client management, project planning, and execution
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables for all assigned projects
  • Coordinate and support the end-to-end development of integrated campaigns, including Social, Digital scope
  • Work closely with creative, strategy, and media teams to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
  • Drive the timely and efficient rollout of IMC/Social initiatives, ensuring high-quality output
  • Liaise with production houses, directors, and other third-party vendors to manage pre-production, production, and post-production activities
  • Ensure all creative materials meet brand guidelines, legal requirements, and quality standards
  • Prepare internal documents including briefs, status reports, contact reports, and WIPs

Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience in an advertising/creative agency environment, ideally handling FMCG/Pharma accounts
  • Strong understanding of IMC/Social planning, creative development, and production processes
  • Hands-on experience with social AWO, social Outreach, content series production is a plus
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects under tight timelines
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and keen eye for details
