Job Description

The ideal candidate will help drive revenue growth by building a strong pipeline of sales leads and helping create the market strategy. You will be responsible for establishing a strong relationship with new prospects as well as maintaining a strong relationship with existing accounts. Your effective communication and interpersonal skills will help you succeed as a Senior Account Executive.

Responsibilities

  • The Senior Account Executive (SAE) plays a key role in business pitches and is responsible for the effective onboarding of new clients.
  • Work directly with the Account Manager and clients to take briefs, prepare proposals, and present them to the Manager and clients.
  • Meet and liaise with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop advertising campaigns that meet the client's brief and budget.
  • Present campaign ideas and budgets to clients alongside agency colleagues (particularly the Account Manager).
  • Collaborate daily with the Account Manager/Project Leader and clients to complete detailed project plans, ensuring all day-to-day operations within the project scope are managed from initiation to closure.
  • Prepare reports reflecting project progress, including risks, benefits, and KPI achievements, to the Account Manager/Leader and clients.
  • Ensure effective communication flow between all stakeholders.
  • Build trust and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Work with internal teams to uncover insights and provide creative inputs.
  • Handle budgets, manage campaign costs, and invoice clients.
  • Manage accounts and accomplish assignments efficiently, including campaign performance analysis, media planning, and contract preparation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a digital advertising agency.
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in performance marketing as a Senior Account Executive.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills (both oral and written).
  • Proactive, positive attitude with creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Effective team-working capabilities.
  • Well-organized with the ability to maintain comprehensive and easily accessible data libraries.
  • Attentive to detail, ensuring all supporting documentation is accurately completed and authorized.
