We're looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our Integrated Account Team—someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering impactful, end-to-end communication solutions that truly drive both brand and business growth.

What you'll be doing:

• Manage and drive integrated campaigns from creative development to full IMC execution
• Translate insights into actionable ideas, ensuring every execution contributes to both cultural relevance and business impact
• Work closely with internal teams (Creative, Strategy, Finance) to ensure seamless delivery
• Oversee execution & production across multiple touchpoints, from key assets to always-on content
• Play a key role in execute Social/Digital Always-On campaigns, ensuring consistency and effectiveness
• Become a trusted day-to-day partner with client

What we're looking for:

• 2–3+ years of experience in a creative agency environment (global exposure is a strong plus)
• Solid, well-rounded experience across execution and production
• Hands-on experience in ATL campaigns and Key Assets Production (TVC, KV, major campaign rollouts)
• Strong understanding of IMC campaigns, especially Digital & Social Always-On
• Ability to connect the dots between consumer insight, creative output, and client's expectations
• Detail-oriented with strong ownership and accountability
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
