Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Account Executive located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Senior Account Executive will manage client relationships, develop and execute client PR and marketing strategies, oversee project timelines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities also include creating compelling presentations, analyzing campaign performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and contributing to the growth of the agency by mentoring junior team members and fostering client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in Public Relations, Media Relations, and Social Media Management
- Proficiency and proven ability in Client Relationship Management, Campaign Management, and Strategic Communications
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Vietnamese
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced agency setting
- Previous experience in a senior client service role is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
