SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (DIGITAL AGENCY)

Key Responsibilities:

• Work directly with clients to understand business needs and deliver effective marketing solutions aligned with KPIs.
• Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution and profitability.
• Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term partnerships.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Account Management or similar roles (agency or client-side).
• Strong project management and multi-tasking skills.
• Good business acumen with a data-driven mindset.
• Experience in managing campaign budgets and P&L is a plus.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage client expectations.
• Strong skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and familiarity with AI tools.
• Good English
