Senior Account Executive (Strategic Planner)

Location: The METT Building, 15 Tran Bach Dang Street, An Khanh Ward, HCMC

Working Time: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM (Monday Friday)

Salary: 18,000,000 20,000,000 VND + Allowances

We are a dynamic advertising agency driven by creativity, strategy, and measurable performance. As we continue expanding, we are seeking a highly capable Senior Account Executive with strong strategic planning expertise to join our team.

Job Overview

The Senior Account Executive plays a key role in managing client relationships while leading campaign strategy and execution. This position requires strong strategic thinking, leadership capability, and solid project management skills to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively, on time, and within budget.

You will act as the main bridge between clients and internal teams (Creative, Media, Production), ensuring alignment and performance excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Planning (40%)

  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscapes to develop strategic campaign directions aligned with client objectives.
  • Collaborate with clients to define campaign goals, KPIs, and overall marketing strategies.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to guide creative and media teams in crafting impactful campaigns.
  • Evaluate campaign performance data to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.
  • Contribute strategic inputs to business development pitches and proposals.

2. Project Management (60%)

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of advertising campaigns, from briefing to final delivery.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient execution.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns within scope and deadline.
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.
  • Identify risks proactively and implement timely solutions.
  • Prepare comprehensive post-campaign reports with actionable insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Account Management at an advertising agency.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Senior Account Executive position.
  • Experience of less than 1 year at a single company or freelance work will not be recognized.
  • Proven experience in preparing and writing proposals.
  • Only candidates with advertising agency background will be considered (client-side marketers will not be accepted).
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
