Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to concept development and design ideas for event projects and marketing activation campaigns.
- Design 2D and 3D visual materials including:
- Product display booths
- Activation game zones
- Event stages
- Brand identity elements
- Stage backdrops
- Logos and signage
- Banners, flyers, POSM materials
- Uniforms and event collateral
- Work closely with Project, Production, and Commercial teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project objectives.
- Demonstrate knowledge of production materials and fabrication methods, and propose suitable material solutions.
- Provide creative ideas and visual direction to support the project team during concept development.
- Select and develop color palettes and visual styles aligned with brand identity and current design trends.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Design or related fields.
- 2 4 years of experience in a design role (event, activation, advertising, or related industries).
- Experience in both 2D and 3D design.
- Proficient in design software such as: Photoshop, 3ds Max, Illustrator, CorelDraw, Blender,...;
- Strong creativity with the ability to present and communicate ideas effectively.
- Energetic, proactive, hard-working, and eager to grow.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
