Job Description

Location: PN/D.2, HCMC

Role Summary

At VORTECH, we are scaling our global delivery capabilities and looking for a Senior/Lead Talent Acquisition to drive end-to-end hiring across both technical and non-technical roles.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced IT outsourcing environment, enjoys solving hiring challenges, and is eager to build and lead a high-performing TA function. Beyond recruitment, you will also contribute to people experience, onboarding, and data-driven HR practices.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Recruitment (70%)

Own the full recruitment lifecycle for 15–25 roles simultaneously, including:

Backend, Frontend, DevOps, Data Engineering, Design, Art, Business, Finance, Commercial, HR, etc.

Partner closely with Hiring Managers to define clear job requirements and ideal candidate profiles

Collaborate effectively across teams and international stakeholders

Source and attract top talent via LinkedIn, ATS, job boards, and referral channels

Conduct initial screenings and coordinate with technical teams for in-depth assessments

Lead offer negotiation and ensure a smooth, high-quality candidate experience

Maintain time-to-hire targets (30–45 days) while ensuring strong hiring quality

2. Employee Engagement & Onboarding (20%)

Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and team culture

Contribute to onboarding programs and ensure a seamless first-day experience for new hires

3. HR Data & Analytics (10%)

Track, analyze, and report Talent Acquisition KPIs and metrics

Use data insights to continuously optimize recruitment processes and decision-making

4. Team Development

Build and lead a small Talent Acquisition team (1–2 members)

Mentor, coach, and elevate team capabilities to improve performance and efficiency

Requirements

5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment (Tech & Non-Tech)

(IT outsourcing, agency, fintech, or tech environments preferred)

Strong track record in hiring across multiple functions, especially mid-to-senior level roles

Hands-on experience with sourcing tools: LinkedIn, ATS, job boards

Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills

Experience working with technical teams and conducting candidate assessments

Data-driven mindset with experience tracking recruitment metrics

Experience mentoring or leading a team is a strong advantage

Fluent in English (must-have)

Nice to Have

Experience in expat hiring or working with international recruitment agencies

Familiarity with HRIS, survey tools, or engagement platforms
