Tasks

STRATEGIC MISSION: WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS


In the landscape of Cross-border E-commerce, this position serves as the Chief Architect of Profitability. The Selling Strategy Owner exists to transform chaotic market data into profitable Directions, integrating fragmented linksSourcing, Media, and Operationsinto a unified value chain. Your ultimate goal is to ensure LeverSphere doesn't just win with individual SKUs, but dominates entire product categories and target markets sustainably.



KEY OUTCOMES: EXPECTATIONS FOR THE FIRST 618 MONTHS



  • Market Leadership: Develop and standardize a market analysis & SKU selection framework for at least one new Strategic Direction.

  • Proven Success: Identify and successfully launch at least 02 Winning SKUs with stable net profit margins.

  • Operational Synergy: Establish seamless Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and coordination mechanisms between Sourcing, Media, and CS teams.

  • P&L Optimization: Drive the P&L of the assigned Direction to meet and exceed revenue growth targets.

  • Competitive Moat: Build a deep industry Know-how system, creating barriers to entry through specialized knowledge and strategic supplier partnerships.

  • Scalability: Standardize and document all processes to enable rapid Scale-up or seamless knowledge transfer to future teams.


SUCCESS INDICATORS: HOW WE MEASURE PERFORMANCE



  • Financial Metrics: Revenue growth rate (%); ROAS (Return on Ad Spend); Net Profit Margin per SKU.

  • Product Performance: Win rate (% of winning SKUs out of total tested); Time-to-Market (average duration from research to launch).

  • Operational Excellence: Inventory Turnover ratio; Customer satisfaction scores and positive feedback rates across platforms (Amazon, eBay, etc.).
