Seeking HR / Training Partner Seven Thinking Caps and Vietnamese Trainers

Training Partnership Opportunity

I am seeking a Vietnamese HR / Training company / organisation to facilitate my return to live permanently in Ho Chi Minh and re-launch my Soft Skills training programs. I will require a 2-year minimum contract, work permit, visa and relocation assistance. However I do not need Expat luxuries.

Six Thinking Hats 98-01

I lived in HCMC 1996-07 and was the first Official Six Thinking Hats and Lateral Thinking trainer 98-02

I trained >1,000 people in Six Hats 1998-02 with top clients ANZ, BBDO, EY, Colgate and many more.

I also completed a University Certificate in Vietnamese Language and Culture.

Seven Thinking Caps 2012 on

In 2007 I moved to Cambodia and in 2012 developed Seven Thinking Caps with Grey Cap for Future thinking. I trained >100 people and own the training IP. It was very successful with high results.

In 2019 I moved to Darwin and 2023 completed TAE40116 SS14/15 Enterprise trainer qualifications.

Since 2023 I have been conducting introductory exercises to Seven Caps with excellent results.

Desire return Vietnam

However I have decided my future is to return to Vietnam where this began nearly 30 years ago.

I am seeking a strategic partner with experience in similar Training or seeking to diversify.

I will conduct English training in all courses - Seven Caps, Lateral Thinking, Presentation Skills and more.

Vietnamese Language Trainers

I am seeking Vietnamese-Language Trainers for Seven Thinking Caps and have course and Trainer training materials ready. I will train and support all Trainers who may assist me prior to going solo..

Potential earnings are very high - Seven Caps full price $US500 day x 24 students = $12k / day

Discount 50% for Vietnamese = $6k / day with trainers potentially averaging 1 day per week

Trainer Qualifications

• Qualified Teachers / Trainers interested / experienced in Management / Thinking training
• Experience or knowledge in Six Thinking Hats would be useful
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to study in English
• Ability to work with diverse groups of learners
• Relevant teaching certification or degree in Education
