Key Responsibilities
- Deploy, operate, and administer internal and customer security systems, including solutions such as: Next-Generation Firewall, WAF, IDPS, DDoS Protection, PAM, Proxy, SIEM, Vulnerability Assessment (VA), Endpoint Security, NAC, etc.
- Participate in designing and optimizing security architectures, including WAF, Firewall, IPS/IDS, VPN, EDR/XDR, SWG/ZTNA, and DDoS Protection.
- Collaborate with Presales and SOC teams to troubleshoot incidents and optimize solutions post-deployment.
- Develop technical documentation and operational guidelines for customers.
- Act as the technical focal point for customer incident support, performing root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Hands-on experience deploying/operating at least 12 of the following security solutions( Imperva WA;Trelli; CyberArk / BeyondTrus; Splunk / IBM QRada; Next-Gen Firewalls (Check Point, Palo Alto, Fortinet; Forescout (NAC; Skyhigh Proxy)
- Strong understanding of Network Security models, Zero Trust architecture, and Cloud Security (VMware, OpenStack).
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work directly with customers.
- International security certifications (e.g., CCSA, CCSE, CEH) are preferred.
- Good presentation, communication, documentation, and time management skills.
- Ability to study technical knowledge and product documentation in English.
- Strong teamwork skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Professional, proactive, responsible, and reliable working attitude.
