Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Security Manager located in the Hanoi Capital Region. The Security Manager will be responsible for overseeing physical security, security management, information security, cybersecurity, and network security on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years in relevant position.
- Fluent in English, with strong communication skills in both verbal and written forms.
- Implemented security procedures and systems, including SOPs, emergency response protocols, and surveillance measures tailored to hotel operations.
- Extensive experience supervising security operations in hotels, resorts, and hospitality establishments.
- Strong background in access control for lobby, parking, and public areas, ensuring smooth operations and guest safety.
- Skilled in leading and training security teams on professional guest interaction and hospitality service standards.
- Oversaw regular safety inspections of guest floors, corridors, elevators, and technical rooms; ensured compliance with hotel safety protocols.
- Investigated and resolved security incidents such as disturbances, missing property, and false alarms; coordinated with local authorities when necessary.
- Experienced in risk assessment, security planning for events/banquets, and crisis management.
