Job Overview
Ensure information security across all IT systems of VNG Group by operating, monitoring, and handling security activities. Collaborate with IT and ISO teams to maintain compliance, manage risks, and respond to security incidents.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor critical security systems of VNG Group.
- Manage security for IT infrastructure, systems, and services.
- Be responsible for the following security domains:
- Identity & Access Management (SSO, MFA, Conditional Access)
- Network Security
- Endpoint Security
- Application Security
- Remote Access Security
- Receive and handle escalated security requests from IT Helpdesk, IT Operations, and ISO teams.
- Take a key role in the Security Incident Management process.
- Collaborate with IT and ISO teams to ensure Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC).
- Contribute to building and improving processes and operational documentation related to IT Security.
Scope of Responsibility
- All IT systems within VNG Group.
- Security systems related to Identity, Endpoint, Network, and Application domains.
- Cross-functional collaboration with IT Infrastructure, IT Application, IT Helpdesk, and ISO teams.
Requirements
- Background in IT Security, System Operations, or Security Operations (SecOps).
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux systems, networking, and security.
- Experience with IAM, Endpoint Security, and Network Security.
- Ability to analyze logs, investigate, and handle security incidents.
- Good technical documentation and reporting skills.
