Key Responsibilities:
Identify Issues and Risks:
- Identify existing vulnerabilities or potential threats that could impact the safety or operations of clients.
- Conduct security risk assessments and vulnerability analyses for IT and OT environments.
Propose Solutions:
- Provide customized solutions to address and mitigate identified risks.
- Advise on advanced IT security solutions such as SASE, CNAPP, NG-SOC, XDR, and IGA.
Implement Solutions:
- Execute plans to ensure effective risk management.
- Support clients in security activities, including incident response, vulnerability management, and compliance audits.
Project Management:
- Coordinate complex security initiatives effectively, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage security projects, defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Strategic Consulting:
- Develop long-term security plans aligned with clients goals.
- Evaluate IT and OT security controls, identify weaknesses, and propose remediation strategies.
Training and Awareness:
- Organize training programs and security awareness initiatives for clients employees.
Qualifications And Experience
Skills & Experience:
- IT Security Consulting: Extensive knowledge of network security, endpoint security, SIEM, cloud security, and security standards such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS, GDPR.
- OT Security Consulting: Practical experience in ICS/SCADA security, industrial network segmentation, and OT threat mitigation.
- Security Assessment: Experience conducting risk assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability analysis.
- Demo & PoC Skills: Ability to demonstrate security products, set up test environments, and provide technical justifications.
- Project Management: Experience leading the implementation of security solutions, managing project timelines, and interacting with clients.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience: 5-10 years of experience in cybersecurity, network security, or IT and OT security.
- Certifications (Preferred): Security+, CEH, SSCP, CISA, CISM, CISSP, PMP
Additional Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with clients during PoC sessions.
- Leadership and team management skills to ensure security objectives are effectively met.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
