Secured Underwriting Executive

Job Description

- Review and verify loan applications from individual and corporate clients within the secured lending segment, submitted by business units in accordance with the company's prescribed documentation requirements.

- Request additional documentation or information (as necessary) to ensure client files are complete and accurate.

- Based on the received documentation, perform the following:

• Evaluate and analyze the borrower's profile and financial capacity.
• Assess the feasibility and legitimacy of the client's loan purpose and repayment plan.
• Appraise the legal status and security value of the collateral.
• Conduct on-site inspections and verification of collateral and the client's sources of repayment.
• Draft credit approval decisions or appraisal proposals, assess potential risks, and provide recommendations regarding credit extension.
• Adhere to requirements regarding processing timelines and quality standards.

- Strictly comply with the Company's credit approval procedures and regulations; prepare weekly and monthly reports.

- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirement

- Education: College or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking or related fields.

- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a credit appraisal role.
