This position leads the Company's business strategy and development by driving strategic planning, identifying growth and investment opportunities, conducting financial analysis, and supporting executive decision-making to achieve sustainable business growth.

Lead the Business Strategy and Development Function
- Oversee overall Business Strategy and Development (BD) function, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic direction and business objectives.
- Proactively monitor and analyze market trends, economic conditions, laws, regulations, political developments, environmental issues, and industry dynamics that may impact the business.
- Identify strategic opportunities and risks, and communicate key insights and recommendations to management and relevant stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, investors, financial institutions, and government authorities to support business growth.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate strategic direction, key risks, and review, and recommend business plans aligned with the company's long-term vision.
- Support management in strategic planning, portfolio optimization, and decision-making through data-driven analysis.
Financial Analysis & Investment Evaluation
- Develop and update financial models to evaluate business opportunities, investments transactions, and strategic initiatives.
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, project investments, divestments, and new service offerings.
- Prepare business cases, investment proposals, and executive presentations for management approval.
- Understand financing structures, review project feasibility, financial performance, valuation, recommend financial strategies and risk mitigation measures to optimize business value and support sustainable growth.
Required Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree or master's degree in BA, Finance or related fields. Experience in Renewable energy or Rooftop Solar is a plus.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in business analysis, M&A, finance, strategist.
- Strong in systematic and rational thinking.
- Capable of using analysis tools, proficient in office tools and systems.
- Positive attitude, pro-active, ability to learn, goal seeking, innovative and a good team player.
- Able to travel up country regularly to liaise with stakeholders.
- Fluent communication in English, both written & spoken skills.
