  • Manage CEO's schedule, meetings, and travel
  • Prepare documents, reports, and meeting follow-ups
  • Act as liaison with internal/external stakeholders
  • Handle confidential matters with discretion
  • Support business trips and client relations
  • Provide translation/interpretation when needed
  • Perform other tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

  • College or Bachelor's degree in Office Administration, Business Administration, English Language ... or related fields.
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant / Secretary or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • Professional demeanor, proactive mindset, and high level of confidentiality.
  • Proficient in MS Office and common business software.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • Good health;
