Secretary International Market Division
JOB DESCRIPTION
Work Coordination:
- Support the leadership team of the International Market Division in scheduling meetings, business trips, and organizing meetings with international partners.
- Prepare documents and provide interpretation/translation support for meetings and events related to international markets.
- Monitor, consolidate, and report the progress of projects involving foreign partners.
Document Drafting and Processing:
- Draft and translate documents, contracts, and correspondence in English.
- Organize and maintain records and documents related to international market activities in a systematic and confidential manner.
Communication and External Relations Support:
- Act as the main point of contact with international partners and support information exchange.
- Welcome and assist international delegations visiting the company.
Administrative Tasks:
- Support visa applications, flight bookings, and hotel arrangements for the leadership team and partners during overseas business trips.
- Manage and track expenses related to the operations of the International Market Division.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Foreign Languages, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
- Proficient in English.
- Strong communication, writing, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
