Job Description
* Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and business travel arrangements.
* Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
* Prepare documents, presentations, and reports as requested by the CEO.
* Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal departments, ensuring clear and timely communication.
* Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
* Coordinate logistics for business trips, including flights, accommodation, visas, and partner meetings.
* Support internal and external relations on behalf of the CEO when required.
* Assist with client relations, including arranging gifts or greetings for special occasions.
* Translate documents and provide interpretation support when needed.
* Perform other tasks assigned by the CEO.
Job Requirements
* College or Bachelor's degree in Office Administration, Business Administration, English Language ... or related fields.
* Proven experience as a Personal Assistant / Secretary or in a similar role.
* Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with excellent time management and attention to detail.
* Proficient in MS Office and common business software.
* Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
* Good health; not prone to motion sickness (car, sea, or air travel); presentable appearance; energetic, proactive, and quick-thinking.
* Willing and able to travel for business when required.
* Experience in supporting business-class services and 5-star hotel/resort operations is an advantage.
* Professional demeanor, proactive mindset, and high level of confidentiality.
