In this role, you will be instrumental in Seats & Restraints Department, using your skills to process and analyze large volumes of data. You will collaborate with diverse teams, including Engineering, Quality Control, VINFAST's suppliers, to create cutting-edge solutions that will drive the future of transportation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Design and Release Engineering:

-Oversee all development aspects to ensure compliance with VINFAST Engineering Requirements and adherence to product development timelines.

-Drive innovation and ensure the integration of cutting-edge technologies in seat and restraint systems.

Seats and Restraints Development Leadership:

-Lead the seats and restraints development team to deliver a best-in-class driving experience

-Ensure the team meets all engineering requirements and development milestones.

Team Supervision:

-Manage and mentor a team of 2-5 senior engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

-Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team.

Global Project Stakeholder Management:

-Navigate geographical challenges and collaborate effectively with global project stakeholders.

-Ensure seamless communication and coordination across diverse teams and locations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
• 13+ years of experience in the automotive or related industries.
• Proven experience in design and release engineering.
• Extensive experience in various areas of seats and restraints development
• Proficiency in CAD, specifically CATIA
