II/ RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to drive organic growth and achieve traffic/keyword performance targets;
- Optimize visibility across AI Search platforms and Google AI Overviews (Gemini, ChatGPT, AI snippets, etc.) to increase citations and source references;
- Conduct technical SEO audits and oversee improvements related to crawlability, indexability, site structure, and website performance;
- Implement advanced On-page SEO strategies and Schema Markup (JSON-LD) to enhance SERP visibility and rich results;
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance daily, including keyword rankings, organic traffic, competitor movements, and growth metrics;
- Manage and optimize WordPress websites; support implementation tasks using basic HTML/CSS and tracking scripts when needed;
- Stay updated with Google Core Updates and evolving search trends to proactively adjust SEO strategies;
- Lead Off-page SEO and Digital PR initiatives focused on high-quality backlinks and E-E-A-T-driven authority building rather than quantity-based link building.
III/ REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field;
- At least 3+ years of hands-on experience in a Senior SEO role, preferably with high-traffic or large-scale eCommerce websites;
- Strong understanding of international SEO markets (US, UK, EU, AU), including local search intent and global eCommerce trends;
- Proficiency in industry-standard SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and GA4;
- Solid knowledge of HTML/CSS; familiarity with JavaScript SEO and search engine rendering for dynamic content is a plus;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify technical SEO issues and implement effective solutions;
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to monitor performance metrics and optimize SEO strategies accordingly;
- High sense of ownership and accountability in achieving organic traffic and keyword ranking goals.
