SEA Product Manager (Lubricants)

Responsibilities:

• Define regional strategic needs for responsible product line.
• Integrate market intelligence business processes.
• Manage the regional product portfolio and define product specific value proposition.
• Provide pricing guidance in respect of bottom line limits.
• Benchmark product cost / cost performance vs. competition (cross references).
• Support local organization on responsible product line.
• Share knowledge and educate colleagues on product portfolio and applications.
• Coordinate important customer projects and manage technical relationship with key customers.
• Represent the product group towards customers and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with local affiliates / divisional and central departments.
• Manage customer complaints, quality management requirements and product documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Degree in suitable business or engineering related fields
• 5+ years of experience in product management / R&D combined with marketing or sales in lubricants industry.
• Prior experience of working in an international environment and handling Asian markets will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and a good level of working on MS Office.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking.
• Self motivated with a mindset to think and act like an entrepreneur and willing to work hands on.
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
