Job Description

  • Receive booking request from shipper
  • Arrange booking with carrier for on export shipment base on client's SOP
  • Working closely with shipper, shipping lines, carrier
  • Maintained operational KPIs & follow KPI as per Customer's SOP
  • Solving issues, customer complaints
  • Other task assigned by Manager

REQUIREMENT:

  • Bachelor Degree: College or University
  • Open for fresher with previous internship experience in Sea Freight
  • Knowledge: Shipping
  • Good at communication in both of English and Vietnamese
  • Good Computer skills (MS Office): Word, Excel, Power point
  • Willing-to-learn, dynamic, patient, careful, ability to work under pressure
