Our client, a global payments firm, is looking for experienced banking professionals to support a range of strategic transformation initiatives across Southeast Asia (Indonesia, Philippines, and Vietnam).
We are seeking consultants with expertise in card and payments, product and portfolio management, program/project management, and banking transformation to join upcoming engagements with leading financial institutions.
Scope of Work
- Support strategic transformation and business initiatives for leading banks across Southeast Asia.
- Lead or support end-to-end delivery of banking and payments projects.
- Drive product, portfolio, or program management activities, including planning, stakeholder management, governance, and execution.
- Work closely with business and technology teams to implement card and payment-related initiatives.
- Manage project governance, reporting, risk, issue management, and cross-functional coordination.
- Contribute to process improvement, operating model enhancement, and business transformation programs.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and business outcomes.
We are looking for professionals with experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Bank Product / Portfolio Management - Experience managing retail banking, cards, payments, or lending products throughout the product lifecycle.
- Bank PMO / Program Management - Experience leading PMO functions, governance, planning, risk management, and delivery of banking transformation initiatives.
- Management Consulting (Cards & Payments) - Experience advising financial institutions on card issuing, acquiring, payments strategy, portfolio optimization, or digital banking transformation.
