Act as a servant-leader and coach, enabling teams to be self-organizing, cross-functional, and continuously improving.
Work closely with Product Owners to ensure a well-prioritized backlog aligned with business goals.
Identify and remove impediments that block team progress, escalating when necessary.
Protect teams from outside interruptions and context switching.
Promote transparency and alignment by tracking and communicating team performance metrics (velocity, burndown, throughput, etc.).
Mentor and coach junior Scrum Masters and team members on Agile practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders, leaders, and other teams to ensure smooth delivery and organizational agility.
Job Requirement
5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with at least 2+ years in leading multi-team capacity at the same time.
Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
Strong experience working in software development environments (preferably with cross-functional teams including Developers, QA, DevOps, Product Owners).
Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant-leadership skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
