I. Responsibilities
- Agile Leadership: Lead Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Review, Retrospective) and ensure Scrum practices are understood and enacted.
- Delivery Management: Develop project plans and resource strategies specifically for fixed-price models. Ensure all deliverables align with contractual milestones.
- Impediment Removal: Proactively identify and resolve blockers to maintain team velocity and focus.
- Scope & Risk Control: Manage scope creep and mitigate risks affecting project delivery or financial performance.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Act as a bridge between the development team and stakeholders to ensure transparency and priority alignment.
- Continuous Improvement: Use metrics (Velocity, Burn-down) to coach the team toward higher efficiency and quality.
II. Qualifications
- English: Advanced proficiency (working directly with international clients).
- Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in software development.
- Mindset: Strong understanding of Agile/Kanban and a servant-leadership mindset.
- Expertise: Proven experience in managing Fixed-price contracts and risk management.
- Certifications: PSM, CSM, or PMP-ACP is a strong plus.
