Job description
- Act as a facilitator and promoter of Agile/Scrum practices, ensuring the team understands and applies core principles effectively.
- Support the team in maintaining a smooth and efficient Scrum process throughout the development lifecycle.
- Guide and coach team members toward self-organization and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with Product Owner in backlog management and prioritization.
- Facilitate key Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and refinement sessions.
- Encourage open communication, support decision-making, and help resolve conflicts within the team.
- Identify, track, and remove blockers to keep delivery on track.
- Apply servant leadership mindset to empower team performance and engagement.
- Contribute to improving Agile maturity across teams and the organization.
Requirements
- Solid understanding of Scrum framework, practices, and artifacts.
- Good command of English (both verbal and written).
- Familiar with software development lifecycle (design → development → testing → deployment).
- Strong skills in communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution.
- Ability to coach, mentor, and build collaborative team environments.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle impediments effectively.
- Scrum certification is a plus.
