Scrum Master (Banking Project)

Location: Nguyen Chi Thanh, Hanoi

1.RESPONSIBILITY

Act as a servant leader and facilitator for the agile team, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and best practices.

Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize the product backlog.

Identify and remove impediments to the team's progress, fostering an environment of continuous improvement.

Coach team members on Agile principles and practices, promoting a culture of accountability and self-organization.

Monitor team performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve productivity and efficiency.

Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Ensure that project goals, scope, and deliverables are clearly defined and aligned with client expectations.

2.REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience as a Scrum Master with at least 3 years of experience.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is highly desirable.

Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Familiarity with digital banking systems, technologies, and trends is a plus.

Experience using Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.

Available to work on-site
