JOB DESCRIPTION
- Contribute to building and developing the school social work model within the university, aligned with the context and culture of TDTU students.
- Work alongside school psychologists to design and implement student support programs following the approach: prevention intervention resource connection.
- Carry out school social work activities such as case management, supporting students in accessing external resources, and group interventions.
- Participate in building and strengthening a network of resources both within and outside the university to enhance holistic support for students.
- Contribute ideas and participate in the development of community programs and student skill-development activities.
- Collaborate with the school psychologists or other stakeholders to refine the procedures and working processes for school social work services.
REQUIREMENTS
- Master's degree in Social Work.
- Experience in social work practice, particularly in activities such as case management, home visits, and student support.
- Systemic thinking and have a strategic vision for developing social work within educational settings.
- Ability to translate strategic directions and ideas into practical programs and implementable activities.
- Ability to adapt and respond effectively to changes during the development and implementation of the model.
- Strong understanding of professional ethics and confidentiality principles in social work practice.
- Ability to collaborate with professionals across disciplines, including psychology, education, student affairs, and other related units.
- A desire to commit long-term to developing school social work in the university.
