Key Responsibility:
1. Science Laboratory Management
- Manage and operate Physics, Chemistry, and Biology laboratories.
- Prepare classrooms, equipment, chemicals, and materials for practical lessons.
- Support teachers in conducting experiments when required.
- Clean, organize, and restore laboratories to a ready-to-use condition after each session.
2. Teaching Equipment & Laboratory Supplies Management
- Manage teaching equipment and supplies for specialized rooms, including Art, Music, equipment, chemicals, and other materials.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and update asset quantities and conditions.
- Recommend the purchase, replacement, repair, or disposal of equipment in accordance with regulations.
3. Laboratory Safety Management
- Ensure that laboratory use complies with safety regulations and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections of safety equipment, including chemical storage cabinets, fire extinguishers, eyewash stations, first-aid kits, electrical, gas, and water systems.
- Support and guide teachers and students in following proper laboratory safety procedures.
- Report and coordinate the resolution of laboratory safety incidents.
- Ensure compliance with regulations on school safety, school health, fire prevention and fighting, and other relevant legal requirements.
4. Other Responsibilities
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Department.
Job Requirement
1. Education
- Bachelor's degree or above.
2. Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar or relevant position.
- Experience working in bilingual or international schools is preferred.
3. Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office applications.
- Good command of English for communication and work.
- Strong planning, organization, and time management skills.
- Knowledge and skills in facilities management.
- High awareness of workplace safety and risk management.
