Position: Electrical Engineer Associate

Work Location: 364 Cng Ha, Etown Building, Tn Bnh District, Ho Chi Minh City

Program Overview:

The SGP is a two-year rotational program tailored for fresh graduates or young professionals with equal or less than 1 years of experience. Through three job rotations, you will gain hands-on experience, receive structured training, and be mentored by industry leaders all to prepare you for a future leadership role at Schneider Electric.

• Rotation 1 Services: Gain hands-on experience in delivering customer-centric solutions and maintaining critical systems.
• Rotation 2 Tendering: Learn how to design and propose technical solutions that meet customer needs and business goals.
• Rotation 3 Product Marketing Management: Understand market dynamics, product positioning, and how to drive innovation and growth.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Fresh graduates or professionals with up to 1 year of work experience
• Background in Electrical Engineering or Automation
• Excellenct command of English
• Good digital acumen and adaptability to new technologies.
• Competent in Communication, Problem Solving and Collaboration.
• Agile mindset and thirst for knowledge, willingness to unlearn and relearn.
• Aspired to grow into a future leader.
