ABOUT JOB:

The Project Scheduler will support the planning and scheduling activities for a mega airport construction project in Bc Ninh. This role focuses on assisting in the development, updating, and monitoring of project schedules under the guidance of a Senior Scheduler. It involves collecting progress data, preparing lookahead plans, coordinating with technical teams and contractors, and contributing to accurate and timely reporting. The position offers a strong learning environment within a largescale infrastructure project, providing handson experience in Primavera P6, schedule management, and project coordination.

• Working Location: Bac Ninh Province, Viet Nam (Ha Noi base office)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Create, baseline, and manage the integrated master schedule (Primavera P6) for the 100 MAP airport master plan.

Develop and maintain 4-week rolling look-ahead schedules.

Generate weekly/monthly progress reports and dashboards (MS Excel).

Conduct critical path and schedule risk analysis.

Lead schedule reviews and communicate status to senior management.

Must-Have Requirements:

REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience creating the baseline master schedule for a greenfield international airport or comparable mega-project.

Expert user of Primavera P6, MS Project, and advanced MS Excel.

Hands-on experience with 4-week rolling schedule cycles.

Excellent English communication skills (reporting & presentations).

Experience: with 8+ years in a senior role on billion-dollar infrastructure projects, with 5 years experience in using Primavera P6.
