Role Overview
You will be responsible for all SAP PI/PO technical and integration activities within Masan's business domains. The role focuses on delivering scalable integration solutions, ensuring stable system connectivity, and supporting business operations across Masan's ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
SAP PI/PO Technical Delivery
- Provide technical and functional expertise in SAP PI/PO across integration design, configuration, and administration.
- Design and develop interfaces using SAP PI/PO (configuration, mapping, routing, monitoring).
- Translate business requirements into technical integration specifications and deliver efficient, reusable solutions.
- Conduct impact analysis, effort estimation, and prepare technical documentation for change requests.
Integration Management
- Collaborate closely with SAP Functional teams to ensure end-to-end integration alignment.
- Design and implement integration scenarios via IDOC, RFC, SOAP, REST, Proxy, SFTP, EDI.
- Support ERP migration, upgrades, patching, and resolution of SAP PI/PO technical issues.
System Optimization & Risk Control
- Monitor, prevent, and mitigate integration risks across connected systems.
- Drive system optimization to improve interface performance, stability, and integration architecture.
- Support enhancements of SAP integration landscape to meet evolving business needs.
Cross-team Collaboration
- Coordinate with internal IT teams and related departments to execute SAP-related initiatives.
- Participate in cross-functional technology or business projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with SAP PI/PO, including at least 2 years in an SAP consulting environment.
- At least 3 full-cycle SAP implementations, with documented ownership of the integration workstream in at least one of them.
- Demonstrated experience leading an integration workstream through an SAP upgrade, migration, or S/4HANA transition — including cutover and hypercare.
- At least 2 years leading or mentoring SAP integration developers / consultants (formal line management is not required, but proven technical leadership is).
- Deep understanding of SAP integration frameworks, middleware concepts, and the standard adapter set (IDOC, RFC, SOAP, REST, Proxy, SFTP, EDI).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to present integration risks and trade-offs to senior business and IT stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite / CPI (SCPI), and the PI/PO → CPI transition path.
- Familiarity with Git-based version control, CI/CD for integration artefacts, and Open PGP for secure file exchange.
- Prior experience in retail, FMCG, or multi-subsidiary conglomerate environments.
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA integration patterns.
- Proactive and outcome-oriented; able to manage multiple parallel workstreams with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable operating under program pressure and tight cutover windows.
- Open-minded, collaborative, and willing to challenge solution decisions on technical merit.
